Productions Chartier Policies

Payment​

Full payment for the service or product delivered must be made upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods are as follows:

 

• Credit or debit card via our Square terminal (in person or remotely)

• Interac e-transfer to the email address provided on the invoice

• Cheque payable to Productions Chartier, handed in person, by mail, or via a delivery service (FedEx, Purolator, etc.)

 

For Interac payments exceeding $5,000, installments of up to $5,000 must be made every 24 hours until the full balance is paid.

Cash is not accepted.

Project Cancellation

​

Any project cancellation by the client, at any stage of the mandate, will incur the following charges:

 

• Full reimbursement of any equipment, software, or third-party services already purchased or committed to by Productions Chartier for the project

• Payment for all hours worked to date, billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate or standard rates

• A fixed cancellation fee of $100​

Missing Payments

​

Any failure to pay within the prescribed deadlines will result in legal actions. The client agrees to assume responsibility for:

 

• The full amount owed to Productions Chartier

• All legal fees incurred in the debt recovery process

• Additional charges equal to 1.5 times the standard hourly rate to compensate for the time spent on legal procedures

Copyrights and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials created by Productions Chartier as part of a project — including, but not limited to, websites, text, photos, videos, visuals, documents, edits, or any other deliverables — remain the intellectual property of Productions Chartier until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a license to use the delivered content.

 

The names, logos, visuals, text, slogans, designs, videos, and all other elements related to the brand identity of Productions Chartier are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing, modifying, using, or distributing any of these elements without written consent from Productions Chartier is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken in the event of any infringement.

 

 

Confidentiality and Data usage

Productions Chartier is committed to never disclosing, selling any personal or confidential information shared by its clients, unless required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.
